Your appointments are very important to me, it is reserved specifically for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request atleast 48 hours notice for cancellation. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before your appointment you will be charged a 50% fee. I understand that emergencies and illness occur. If this is the case please call and you will not be charged for this type of cancellation. If you are 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment you will most likely need to reschedule to accommodate other clients that are scheduled after you.
